David Bruton may be the biggest signing of the offseason for the Washington Redskins.
No, he doesn’t bring the same type of accolades or anywhere near the salary that fellow Redskins defensive back Josh Norman brings to the table.
That doesn’t change the importance of Bruton acquisition.
The Redskins have been mired in poor safety play for years. Bruton brings experience, winning experience at that, and all the size, speed, strength characteristics that drew general manager Scot McCloughan to sign the former Denver Bronco.
